  • Why are the following messages logged in /var/log/messages?
    kernel: JBD: Spotted dirty metadata buffer (dev = dm-4, blocknr = XXXXX). There's a risk of filesystem corruption in case of system crash.

 kernel: JBD2: Spotted dirty metadata buffer (dev = dm-4, blocknr = XXXXX). There's a risk of filesystem corruption in case of system crash.
  • The mount options are rw,noexec,nosuid,nodev,noatime,data=journal.
