IM-Settings-Daemon error

Issue

• When a general user whose UID/GID is the same as root user's log into the system, error messages below pop up in the gnome window and the user can not input Japanese character.

IM-Settings-Daemon[4938]: CRITICAL **: Giving up to bring the process up because Main Input Method process for IBus rapidly died many times. See .imsettings.log for more details.
