How to enable and configure NPIV without libvirtd or other VM related tool
Issue
It's required to use NPIV in a bare-metal system where no dependency with libvirtd or other VM tools is expected.
The main purpose is having a virtual HBA to abstract the Operating System from the hardware HBAs, in case of replacing the HBA due to hardware failure or other reasons, won't be necessary to change the SAN configuration to add the new WWN neither the storage array configuration.
