/var/log/messages have error logs like [System] error JournalInactive:celery couldn't setup next timer firing: -453924687ns[500ms]
What the errors mean? What impact do they have?

- Red Hat Satellite 6.3
qpid-cpp-serverversion 1.36.0-18 or -19 (maybe also -9)
