Why can't client ssh to the server until after a few seconds?
Issue
- Client can't ssh to the server and receive the following message:
ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
Couldn't read packet: Connection reset by peer
- Nothing recorded in the /var/log/secure file.
