Issue
squid service doesn't start after updating or installing squid-3.5.20-12.el7.
# systemctl start squid

Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
- squid-3.5.20-12.el7
- openssl prior to 1.0.2k-8.el7 (1.0.1e-xx).
