Libvirt domain stuck in "in shutdown" state
Issue
- After shutting down a Virtual Machine, it is stuck in "in shutdown" state.
- The command
virsh -r listshows a domain in "in shutdown" state, but the Virtual Machine is already down.

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.4
- libvirt-daemon-3.2.0-14.el7_4.9.x86_64
