Issue

After migrating a guest shows the following message in the logs:

Clocksource tsc unstable (delta = 125002555 ns).  Enable clocksource failover by adding clocksource_failover kernel parameter.

Environment

Xen or Red Hat Enterprise virtualization (RHEV) or Microsoft Hyper-V.
Source and destination hosts of a live migration have non-identical CPUs.
Guest VM: Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 running kernel version 2.6.32-358.23.2.el6 or earlier.
