"An Unknown Error has occurred" during install

Issue while installing RHEL
Not able to install RHEL 7 on the system
The anaconda packaging.log contains following error, followed with the package name listed failing install near end of same log file.
```
ERR packaging:  unpack error with package <PKG-version>
```
