  • In Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.x, the UEFI vfat /boot/efi partition generates messages in /var/log/messages as follows.
kernel: FAT-fs (sda1): Volume was not properly unmounted. Some data may be corrupt. Please run fsck.
  • Is it safe to always ignore this message? Any possible workaround?
