Network communication to guests fails when host is using balance-alb (mode6) bonding and bridging

Issue

If bonding is configured in balance-alb (mode 6) and bridged in the host to enable network communications to guests in KVM or XEN, pinging the guests from hosts in the same subnet fails randomly.
We are encountering intermittent network issues that caused the RHEVM VM guest inside the KVM host to randomly disconnect.
