A message "power_meter ACPI000D:01 Ignoring unsafe software power cap!" in the console

After the physical RAM replacement, the system boot never completes. If I look at the console the following message is flooding. The issue was observed just once just after the physical RAM replacement. I did hard reset to force the system to reboot. After that, the system booted without any problem.

A message similar to the one above may be seen in
dmesgor on-screen during boot. What does the message mean?
