Error locking on node XXXX: Volume group for uuid not found: XXXX
  • I am unable to create a logical volume in a clustered environment after presenting new storage
  • After extending a clustered volume group and logical volume, certain nodes are showing I/O errors, suspended devices, file system errors, or GFS/GFS2 withdrawls

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5 or 6 with the Resilient Storage Add On
  • lvm2-cluster (clvmd)
