RHEV: Network interfaces are started with "ONBOOT=no" option configured on RHEL guests
Issue
There is an eth0 network interface with ONBOOT=no option set in the ifcfg-eth0 configuration file. If the ovirt-guest-agent is started, this interface is automatically started as well.
