Oracle RAC cluster nodes are running on Red Hat Enterprise Linux rebooted unexpectedly

Issue

  • Oracle clustered servers rebooted unexpectedly. Below are the logs from /var/log/messages.
Mar  5 02:58:00 server logger: Oracle CSSD failure 134.
Mar  5 02:58:00 server logger: Oracle CRS failure.  Rebooting for cluster integrity.
Mar  5 02:58:00 server su(pam_unix)[29052]: session closed for user oracle
Mar  5 02:58:00 server logger: Oracle clsomon failed with fatal status 12.
Mar  5 02:58:01 server logger: Oracle CRS failure.  Rebooting for cluster integrity.
