iSCSI getting connection errors during high traffic

Issue

  • During high traffic on iscsi volumes, the following is present in logs.
  • Traffic read or writes to the device are delayed for short periods of time.

    Mar 10 05:05:55 iscsid: Kernel reported iSCSI connection 2:0 error (1011) state (3) 
    Mar 10 05:05:58 iscsid: connection2:0 is operational after recovery (1 attempts) 
    Mar 10 05:06:19 kernel:  connection3:0: iscsi: detected conn error (1011) 
    Mar 10 05:06:19 iscsid: Kernel reported iSCSI connection 3:0 error (1011) state (3) 
    Mar 10 05:06:19 kernel:  connection4:0: iscsi: detected conn error (1011) 
    Mar 10 05:06:20 iscsid: Kernel reported iSCSI connection 4:0 error (1011) state (3) 
    Mar 10 05:06:22 iscsid: connection3:0 is operational after recovery
