Cannot install undercloud on RHEL 7.3

Issue

  • Can not install OSP9 undercloud on RHEL 7.3
  • (rhel-7.3-selinux-change) OSP undercloud installation broken due to upgrade to RHEL 7.3

  • Undercloud install user to work on v 7.2, on 7.3 it fails with:
