How to prepare a RHEV Hypervisor system for reinstallation

Occasionally, a Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Hypervisor will need to be removed and re-approved in the RHEV Admin Portal. For example, if the CA certificate has been replaced or the network settings have been changed, then the hypervisor should be reinstalled before it is reregistered.
