RHEL NFS Server returns NFS3ERR_ACCES instead of NFS3ERR_EXIST
Issue
- If a NFS client tries to create a file with O_EXCL in a read-only directory where a file of the same filename already exists , RHEL6 NFS server returns NFS3ERR_ACCES instead of NFS3ERR_EXIST that NetApp server returns.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.7 (NFS Server)
- Solaris (NFS Client)
- NFSv3
