TCP Zero Windows sent even when application receive buffer is empty

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • TCP Zero Windows are unexpectedly sent even when the applications receive buffer is empty. This should not be the case as plenty of receive buffer is available. TCP should only send zero windows when the sockets receive buffer is full.
