[Satellite 6] hammer capsule content synchronize times out with "Host/Node did not finish sync within 43200 seconds. Sync has been cancelled."

Issue

  • The command
# hammer capsule content synchronize

is returning following error:
“Host/Node did not finish sync within 43200 seconds. Sync has been cancelled. Is katello-agent installed and goferd running on the Host?”
On the Capsule server, katello-agent is installed and the goferd service is also running.
Goferd on capsule was restarted and it did not help
