How to run commands from Software Collections and Developer Toolset?

After installing
python27software collection, I am still getting the older version ofpythonon system.# rpm -q python27-python python27-python-2.7.8-16.el6.x86_64 # python --version Python 2.6.6 -

How can I make
gccinstalled from Developer Toolset as default compiler? Currently I have to use the absolute path/opt/rh/devtoolset-4/root/usr/bin/gcc -
Installing
PHPmodule namedapcfromphp54-php-pecl-apcdoes not appear in the list ofPHPmodules.# php -m | grep apc #
