There are following messages in /var/log/messages

<TIMESTAMP> <HOSTNAME> snmpd[<PID>]: could not open /proc/net/tcp6 
<TIMESTAMP> <HOSTNAME> snmpd[<PID>]: error opening /proc/net/udp6 (2)

What do these messages mean ?
Is there any trouble ?
