Missing characters in telnet communication
Issue
After updating to RHEL 6.8, some characters are missing in a connection with telnet server. Also, a newline character is misinterpreted in the terminal session.
Environment
RHEL 6.8
util-linux-ng-2.17.2-12.24.el6
kernel prior to 2.6.32-622.el6
