  • NMI message even after upgrading from Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5.2
  • Issue also seen when restoring previous interface links
  • During boot following messages are logged: 
        [...]
        Uhhuh. NMI received for unknown reason 00.
        Do you have a strange power saving mode enabled?
        Dazed and confused, but trying to continue
        [...]
