[Satellite 6] How to provision a bare metal server with primary NIC as slave of bonded NIC

Issue

When provisioning a new bare metal server from the Satellite 6 GUI (Hosts > New Host), the primary NIC (eth0) is reserved for system operations like PXE boot. Therefore, it is not possible to create bonded NIC, which uses primary NIC as bond slave. Attempt to create such a bond results in a bond without eth0 as a slave.
