How to deal with error " pam_systemd(crond:session): Failed to connect to system bus: Resource temporarily unavailable "?

Below message repeatedly occurs in journalctl and
/var/log/secure. Is this something to worry about? -
This happens every minute and it's from cronjob. This cron script calls ps -Af | grep ... and then a netcat to a server.
