Issue

Every two weeks, more or less, the server stops logging messages until we restart rsyslogd daemon
In that state it also experience latency after entering the password for ssh
It also experiences latency trouble when running sudo to another user
There is also trouble stopping and starting application processes
However, once rsyslog gets restarted everything goes back to normal
