Network rx errors and drops seen on macvtap devices in KVM or RHV

Issue

• Network rx errors and drops seen on macvtap devices in KVM or RHV
• We have noticed dropped packets and errors on various macvtap NICs on our hypervisors. VMs and physical servers (not using RHEV) are unaffected. Our network team has also verified there is nothing wrong on their end.
• Observing rx errors and packet drops on macvtap interfaces on RHEL hypervisor host machine while performing iperf3 network stress between two VM's.
• PCP monitoring logs pcp-pmie: High network interface error rate [macvtap]
