NFS client does not show all the files available on the NFS server

Issue

• When many files is been adding to one directory from NFS clients, ls command does not show all that files.
• ls does not show all files for mounted volume on nfs client.
• Question of directory cache at NFS on ext3
• File listings on multiple clients differ when accessing the same NFS share from each of the clients. The list command will show different file listings when issued from different clients in the environment
• A file can't be seen at NFS client after writing a file into NFS filesystem
