After detaching a volume it remains in detaching state
Issue
- When the application running on our OpenStack is attaching/detaching volumes, sometimes volumes stay in detaching state. After investigating, we found out that there are multiple
block_device_mappings(BDMs) in the nova database for a detaching volume.

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform 6 (RHEL OSP)
