Why does rpm -ev command show a warning 'remove failed' in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7?

Issue

Have a custom package, and used to install it on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.
Installed it on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7, and it worked fine.
During the uninstall process of the package on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7, getting the warnings as follows.

warning: file /opt/test/configfile : remove failed: No such file or directory

Didn't see this warning on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.
Why was this error output on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7?
