Environment

#service cman start

Checking if cluster has been disabled at boot... [ OK ]

# service clvmd status
clvmd (pid 10202) is running...
Clustered Volume Groups: vg_test
Active clustered Logical Volumes: lv_test

Resolution

Root Cause

  • locking_type in /etc/lvm/lvm.conf file was changed from 1 to 3. After changing it to 3, initramfs was not rebuilt.
