netxen_nic: connection loss, old firmware message
Issue
NIC using netxen_nic module/driver either temporarily or permanently lose Ethernet connectivity.
Along with the following message on dmesg:
[ 14.450403] netxen_nic 0000:04:00.0: Incompatibility detected between driver and firmware version on flash. This configuration is not recommended. Please update the firmware on flash immediately
