Applications using IPC (semaphores, shared memory, message queues) have problems after update to RHEL 7.2
Issue
- Problems installing Oracle 12c on RHEL 7.2, database will not start with error:

segment ora_+ASM2_219086852_13: Permission denied - After performing system update to RHEL 7.2, IBM DB2 crashes every time a database administrative task cron session finishes.
- After upgrading to RHEL 7.2, IBM DB2 crashes with the following errors:
