Issue

  • Seeing kernel: ENERGY_PERF_BIAS: Set to 'normal', was 'performance' messages in /var/log/messages.
  • The BIOS setting has been configured for Energy Performance Bias (EPB) to Maximum Performance; however, the EPB configuration shows as 6 (normal) after boot.
