Issue

  • How to restrict normal users from poweroff, reboot, suspend and hibernate on RHEL7
  • When a user login from console and there is no other login user, the user can run poweroff, reboot, systemctl suspend and systemctl hibernate.
  • When a user login from remote and the user know the password of root or any user in wheel group, the user can run them.

    [user1@rhel7 ~]$ reboot
