Slow ssh login before getting passwd prompt

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • In RHEL 8.8 server, ssh takes long time to provide password prompt. As soon as password prompt received, the putty session gets expired and user cannot login to the server. Following error is observed when ssh performed with -v(verbose) option.
# ssh -v username@hostname
