Is there any configuration parameter which can be used so that "net ads join" would not attempt to update dns?

Issue

• While joining the system to ad domain using net join command, it joins the system to AD domain but it fails to update the DNS records. Samba should have option to disable dynamic update request from Samba side as our DNS does not support dynamic update.

  # net ads join -U administrator -S ad.abc.example.com
  Enter administrator's password:

  DNS Update for system4.abc.example.com failed: ERROR_DNS_GSS_ERROR
  DNS update failed!
