There are many 'D' states for long using vxfs in Red Hat Enterprise Linux

- After reboot, Veritas filesystem is not mounted and showing many 'D' state processes.
- Below is not mounted
/dev/vx/dsk/application_image/image5 760G 415G 324G 57% /APP/IMAGE2/img
