What is the recommended way to customize systemd unit file to wait until all iSCSI block devices are available?

Issue

We have a service that needs to run on startup and requires that all iSCSI block devices are available.
However, although systemd executed our script after it started the iSCSI service, sometimes our script would fail because the iSCSI block devices were not yet available.
