- The udev rules for SCSI timeout are missing in
open-vm-toolspackage in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7. - The VMware provided package (
vmware-tools) has a udev rule for defining a SCSI timeout (ie./etc/udev/rules.d/99-vmware-scsi-udev.rules). But theopen-vm-toolspackage does not have this file. - Is there a particular reason for this rule not to be present in the
open-vm-toolspackage in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7?
