Apache httpd process crashed.
Apache reports 'Segmentation fault' in the error log file /var/log/httpd/error_log:

[notice] child pid 1057 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)

Apache stops suddenly and the error log displays messages related to 'signal Segmentation fault':

[notice] child pid 28070 exit signal Segmentation fault (11), possible coredump in /tmp/apache2-gdb-dump
