Issue
- Why there are several seconds of difference when using a timezone from /usr/share/zoneinfo/right ?
- After changing /usr/share/zoneinfo/America/Argentina/Buenos_Aires to /usr/share/zoneinfo/right/America/Argentina/Buenos_Aires there are 25 seconds of difference respect to UTC time:
$ date; date -u
Fri May 22 09:49:00 ART 2015
Fri May 22 12:49:25 UTC 2015
