OS Disk name is not consistent with multiple local storage array controllers B120i B420i Driver Ordering

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

We have installed the OS on B120 Raid and it detected OS disk name as /dev/sda but after we created the additional logical drives on B420i raid for our data storage the OS disk name changed to the last available disk name (ie /dev/sdp).

This causes grub to fail to boot.

Please advise on this for creating the persistent disk name.
