iptables "NFQUEUE --queue-balance" option fails to distribute traffic over multiple queues in RHEL-6.5 and later.
Issue
- "NFQUEUE --queue-balance" was configured with iptables to pass traffic over multiple NFQUEUE's. However in RHEL-6.5 and later, the traffic is flowing via single queue only whereas in RHEL-6.4 and earlier, the traffic is flowing via multiple NFQUEUE's.

- kernel-2.6.32-431.29.2.el6
