Red Hat Satellite 5.x upgrade fails if another user id is already using UID and GID 26
Issue
If UID 26 and/or GID 26 are assigned to a user other than "postgres" before a Red Hat Satellite upgrade, the upgrade can fail.
This can cause upgrades to Red Hat Satellite versions using embedded Postgres to have their databases be created incorrectly.
Environment
Red Hat Satellite 5.4.1
Red Hat Satellite 5.5
Any upgrade from a Red Hat Satellite using an embedded Oracle Database to an embedded PostgreSQL database
