How can we update the activemq.xml file without broker restart?

Issue

  • Per our understanding most of the time we would need to touch the activemq.xml file and make the changes. Does it require to restart the broker to reflect those changes?
    Example: Updating Flow control, destination policy etc in activemq.xml file.
