[emerg] create_mem_node manager.node failed: File exists
Issue

We run multiple httpd instances together on one server with mod_cluster. The first instance boots fine, but all other httpd instances after that fail to start with an error like the following:
[emerg] create_mem_node /opt/jboss/httpd/logs/manager.node failed: File exists
Environment
- JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP)
- JBoss Enterprise Web Server
- Apache httpd
- mod_cluster
