rhevm-log-collector is unable to automatically collect logs without the host's root password

Issue

  • Running Log-Collector on RHEV Manager cannot get sosreports from the RHEV hosts.
  • Executing rhevm-log-collector collect on the rhev-manager does not gather the log-collector in the /tmp/logcollector directory.
